Dr Tonya Tyre, D.C. graduated in 2002 from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Her undergraduate studies were in Immunology.
Her interest in Chiropractic came from a desire at a very young age to work with people using her hands with an understanding that there is an inherent wisdom within our bodies that we can use to help us heal and enjoy life. This has evolved into a passion for understanding the interface between structure and physiology.
Dr Tyre has a practice that is eclectic in that she loves to work with all age groups starting from birth. She also loves to address a wide range of health concerns. Everything from pediatrics, women’s health, to cranial concerns and concussions are cases she enjoys working with.
Currently Dr. Tyre practices part-time as she divides her energies between her practice, family and teaching continuing education seminars for Doctors of Chiropractic. She is a lead instructor for Bio-Geometric Integration seminars in Canada and also teaches seminars worldwide that she created. The journey of creating and teaching these seminars has helped her deepen her own understanding of her work.
